CONICAL BOX
Conical dumper trailer box suitable for difficult loads, rubbish, fertilisers, silage, etc. The front part is much narrower than the back part, which makes unloading easier. -
TANDEM CHASSIS
-
CHASSIS DUMPER TRAILERS OR GALLEY TRAILER
Made of steel structural tube, with high flexibility. Composed of a single piece. To reinforce the front of the neck, it is coated with steel plates and 4 support bars from the cylinder to the ball bearing. Each suspension is screwed to the chassis, both in the front and back sides. Besides, the spring has straps at the front (rotating spring) for longer durability and higher resistance. -
SPRING SUPPORTS FOR TRAILERS OR GALLEY DUMPER TRAILER
Single-piece integrated support with adjustable height at 6 positions. -
BEARING
Out galley-type machines have the bearing fully screwed onto the chassis to avoid possible break and deformation on the welding. Besides, if it needs to be replaced, we will only need two keys. Bearings are double-ball roller providing 20 tonne resistance. -

PNEUMATIC TILTING DRAWBAR
Suitable for machines carrying delicate loads (fruits, vegetables, etc). Only up to 14 tonnes.

DOOR BOTTOM LOCK
Standard lock in all models. Dumper trailers for grapes have threaded and optional lock. -
AUTOMATIC OPENING BACK DOOR
Dumper-type automatic opening door with automatic latches through chains when tilting. All of them provided with safety locks and two manual opening leaves. -
HATCH
Large and easy to open for cereals or any other type of product. -
LIGHTS AND CLEARANCE LAMPS
Positioned at the top of the box according to the current legislation. -
ACCESS LADDER
With standard non-slipping steps in all models. -
AUXILIARY OIL TANK
Pumped tank, all of them with standard electronic lowering. -
SPARE WHEEL
With support and tensing lathe for raising or lowering the wheel -
HYDRAULIC REST
With manual pump, large cylinder and easy to access for folding and unfolding. -

HYDRO-PNEUMATIC TILTING DRAWBAR
With cylinders and gas accumulators. It is the most practical and newest option in suspensions. -
TANDEM SUSPENSION
4 buffering springs, two per each side. 3 supporting points onto the chassis. Suspension through parabolic springs, adjustable straps and rubber silemblocks (floating spring). This type of suspension is very stable and offers steady driving since it has 3 supporting points onto the chassis. -
BOGIE SUSPENSION
2 upside-down springs. All of them are industrial springs with cast support. Suspension recommended for industrial machines because of its greater oscillation on difficult grounds. -
Hydraulic suspension for tandem or tridem
The most practical and newest option in suspensions offering greater comfort, better adaptation to the ground and greater oscillation. All hydraulic suspensions are self-levelling. -
FORCED steering axle
The axle can be normal self-steering or guided steering. Guided steering is safer because it perfectly follows the tractor track and can rotate forwards and backwards. -
NORMAL AXLE
Agricultural brake axle, folded brake blocks and opening through an adjustable eccentric cam. -
INDUSTRIAL AXLE
Axle with speed brake. Larger diameter and width of the brake block where it is fixed. The opening system is made through rollers for more uniform braking. The cam is adjustable with ratchet. Recommended for difficult grounds and for high speed tractors. -
SPEED BRAKE
Axles with speed brake have an adjustable cam with ratchet. -
hydraulic brake
Normal axles with agricultural brake have an adjustable grooved cam. -
TOOL BOX AND WATER TANK
Standard accessories in all models from 10 tonnes.

TURNING BOLT OF THE BACK TILTING
Bolts are bushed internally and externally with safety nuts and greasers. The back cantilever is only 30 cm in order to stack the load more. -
FOLDING FRONT BALCONY
With ladder and safety handrail for side rolling canopy. -
CANOPY
Sliding canopy from the ground, easy and safe to handle. Maximum comfort. -
Drawbar
The drawbar is incorporated to galley dumper trailers. Made of folded sheet with retention spring for easy handling. -
