This year, we were honored with the innovation award granted by the Mollerussa San Jos\u00e9 Fair to participating companies. The award recognizes the value and importance of the system we have developed, named Dosicontrol, which applies slurry in a controlled and automatic manner.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its flow meter, temperature sensor, and conductivity sensor, it identifies the amount of potash, nitrates, and phosphates contained in the slurry inside the tank.<\/p>\n

Once the application requirements in units per hectare are set on the mobile tablet application in the tractor’s cabin, the system applies the slurry in a controlled and automatic way. Furthermore, the integrated GPS prevents overlapping passes.<\/p>\n

Finally, the system stores the slurry’s composition, application location, and date in an Excel file that can be downloaded and viewed on any computer.<\/p>\n

As if all this were not enough, from the tablet’s mobile application, all and every function of the tank can also be controlled: from the loading arm, through the hydraulic suspension of the drawbar or axles, to the switching on or off of the work lights, etc.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the tablet is connected to the tank via Bluetooth, which allows us to manage it from both inside and outside the tractor cabin, with a maximum distance of approximately 5 meters from the tank.<\/p>\n

We can conclude that our continuous effort to improve, over 35 years of experience manufacturing slurry tanks, and our location in one of the areas with the highest concentration of pig farms worldwide, have allowed us to be global pioneers in developing technologies for controlled and automatic slurry application.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
