HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION AND BANDS
Gili tanks are designed with the latest technology and most advanced hydraulic and electronic systems. We supply all types of tanks with capacities ranging from 3,000 a los 27,000 litres, from the simplest to the most sophisticated tank. -
BOGIE SUSPENSION
All bogies are industrial, with 120x20 w springs and casting brackets, all are bolted to the chassis. -
TANDEM SUSPENSION
4 damping springs, 2 per side. 3 support points to the chassis. Suspension through parabolic springs, adjustable straps and rubber silemblocks (floating spring). This type of suspension is very stable in driving due to the 3 support points to the chassis. -
Hydraulic suspension for tandem or tridem
The most practical and innovative option in suspensions providing greater comfort, better adaptation to the ground and higher oscillation. All hydraulic suspensions are self-levelling. -
CHASSIS
Steel folded sheet chassis, high elasticity to prevent breakage. All of them have 5 sides for good adaptation to the tank and axles. Gili chassis are prepared so that all type of optional accessories can be attached. -
DRAWBAR SUPPORT
All brackets are installed on a single folded sheet piece. These brackets are arranged around the base of the tank for higher resistance and robustness and to avoid clearance of the drawbar. -
DRAWBAR
Drawbars are made of folded sheet. They are conical for higher resistance where needed. All bolts are bushed with renewable bushes. -
DRAWBAR WITH SPRING SUSPENSION
In all models of tanks, drawbar suspension can be fitted. This is a type of tilting drawbar with spring, with a double retention spring for practical transport. -
DRAWBAR WITH HYDROGEN SUSPENSION
Another model of drawbar suspension is the tilting drawbar with hydrogen, the most practical and innovative in suspensions. A double function is obtained with two hydrogen storage cylinders: tank suspension in the drawbar and front mobility of the tank, which can be lifted or lowered easily. -
FORCED STEERING AXLE
The axle can be normal self-steering or guided steering. Guided steering is safer because it perfectly follows the tractor track and can rotate forwards and backwards.

HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT
Detail of one of the many hydraulic circuits that can be mounted on different machines according to customer needs. Simple or hydraulic electronic control boards, with touch consoles and control computers equipped with GPS or ISOBUS. -
DEPRESSORS
Different models of depressors: from conventional to latest generation depressors, from semi-industrial air-cooled to the most sophisticated and modern industrial antifreeze-cooled depressors and from 3,000 to 60,000 litres/minute. -
DEPRESSOR WITH PUMP

SINGLE FILTER AND DOUBLE FILTER
Safety front boiler can be single or double anti-foaming and special self-cleaning for large thickness. -
TANK MANUFACTURING
Tanks made of carbon steel sheets, with automated welding and bending. -
BREAK WATER
Detail of the internal assembly. All breakwaters manufactured by Gili are galvanised and screwed. -
INLET AND OUTLET CIRCUITS

WHEEL ARCH
Evolution-model tanks provide high capacity with small dimensions. Wheels are large and are built-in to the tank to lower the centre of gravity for higher stability and safety. -
HOSE SUPPORT
Hose-holder side tray for Evolution models with wheel arch. -
MUDGUARDS
Mudguards are galvanised, with rubber skirts prepared to position and protect the pilot lamps.

NORMAL AXLE
Axle with agricultural brake, folded brake block and opening through an adjustable eccentric cam. -
INDUSTRIAL AXLE
Axle with speed brake. Larger diameter and width of the brake block where it is fixed. The opening system is made through rollers for more uniform braking. The cam is adjustable with ratchet. Recommended for difficult grounds and for high speed tractors. -
SPEED BRAKE
Axles with speed brake have an adjustable cam with ratchet. -
HYDRAULIC BRAKE
Normal axles with agricultural brake have an adjustable cam with grooving -
ARM SUPPORT LOAD
If we let the tank ready for the loading arm and later need one, we have the advantage that we can incorporate any model of this support arm. -
ARM LOWER JOINT
Arms with the bottom just like the top. Stainless steel industrial taps with EPDM joints. Rubber bending to prevent breakage caused by vibrations. Cylinders with joint at both ends, bushed bolts, greasers and controlled non-return valve. Bearing at the end for longer life of the lower joint. -
DOUBLE ARM AND ACCELERATOR
Loading arms with double joint can be fitted with or without accelerator. They are designed to directly load into the pit, reaching a depth of 3.60 m with the possibility of loading in a hood, if required, removing the last stretch of rubber. -
EXTENDING ARM
It is one of the latest developments in the sector. This double-joint arm, with or without accelerator, allows us to charge to a depth of 5.20 m. -
HOOD ARM
Designed for customers who only need to load from a same raft. It is a quick, practical and effective system. -

PRESSURE WASHING CIRCUIT
Pressure washing machines driven by hydraulic motor, with hose reel and double nozzle. We have several models, from the smallest to the largest industrial high-pressure washing machines. -
FLOW METER
Used for calculating the exact amounts to be distributed per hectare, can have a common computer or GPS. -
WHIP HOLDER
Oil pipes are entirely guided from each point to the tractor. At the front side, the hoses are at the top to avoid being damaged by the power take-off or by the hydraulic system arms. -
VIEWER
Viewer with 80-mm standard methacrylate tube in tanks with a capacity equal to or higher than 12,000 litres.
