RECIPIENTS
For the duration of the data subject’s processing, Gili Group 98 S.L. will not disclose the data to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
In cases where, for the performance of administrative, tax, accounting and/or commercial processing, third-party services are duly engaged, the mandatory data processing agreement will be duly formalised to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data subject’s data vis-à -vis third parties.
RIGHTS
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, to request erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, as well as to withdraw the consent given. You may also exercise your right to restriction of processing, meaning your data will not be deleted, but its processing will be subject to limitations.
The rights to data portability and automated decision-making do not apply in this case due to the type of data and how it is processed.
